Grolsch Proeverij #12 - Zomerzon

Since the end of 2017, Royal Grolsch has launched 12 specialty beers in the 'Grolsch Proeverij'. The beers are brewed in a limited batch in the Grolsch Pilot Brewery by master brewer Marc Janssen. Beers are only available in selected outlets throughout the country. In these outlets, beer lovers are asked to give their opinion about the beers. Based on this feedback, Grolsch managed to successfully introduce five of the twelve pilot brews nationwide: Weizen-IPA, Session IPA, Blonde Saison, and Kruidige Tripel and Klassieke
Blond, both now available in the iconic brown Grolsch Swingtop bottle!

Grolsch Zomerzon is the newest limited brew. It's inspired by Grolsch Zomergoud, a beer that was available 30 years ago. It's a fresh beer that consists of 4 types of malt. Elder and lime blossoms and lemon peel were added during the brewing process giving Grolsch Zomerzon a floral scent and a fresh finish.
