Resilience Butte County Proud IPA

Sierra Nevada Resilience Butte County Proud IPA

This past November, California experienced the most devastating wild fires in the state's history. The worst of these fires, the Camp Fire, caused a massive amount of damage, displacing thousands of residents, many of whom lost everything they had.

Even before the Camp Fire was fully contained, Sierra Nevada - which is based in Chico, CA - jumped into action, establishing the Camp Fire Relief Fund, a charity to help those affected by the Camp Fire. Sierra Nevada also decided to do what they do best - brew a special beer. Named Resilience Butte County Proud IPA, all profits from this beer will go directly to supporting the Camp Fire Relief Fund. It will be available on draft and in 12 oz. cans throughout their distribution area.

In addition, Sierra Nevada put out a call to all craft brewers throughout the United States to join them in brewing Resilience and donating their profits as well. In the true family spirit of the craft beer world, more than 1,400 breweries signed up to create Resilience and put it on draft in their tap rooms and donating their profits.

Today, we join together with Sierra Nevada and more than 1,400 breweries around the country in support of the Camp Fire Relief Fund with the very special "Resilience Butte County Proud IPA" badge. This badge, available from December 15th - March 1st, can be unlocked be checking in any version of the Resilience IPA from any participating brewery. You can find a full list of those that have joined the call here.
