Christmas Ale is a hearty strong ale brewed with rich yet subtle flavors of caramel and chocolate which are derived from an abundance of carefully roasted malts. The Chinook and Mt. Hood hops contribute a spiciness without the spice, lending balance and a clean finish to the malt experience.
