When Lagunitas got their hands on some Bourbon barrels from Willet Distillery, they knew just what to do with them. Load them up with their Imperial Stout and wait. The results are a big, dark, and scary barrel-aged beast, fondly referred to as Willet Whiskey Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. Coming in at 11.7% ABV, Willet will only be available for a limited time, so be sure to get some soon. It's a chocolatey, coffee-y, smoky, Bourbon-y beast of a barrel-aged thing.
